About
Saurabh Netravalkar is a left-arm fast bowler originally from Mumbai, India, known for his ability to extract bounce and movement off the pitch. A former member of the India U19 team, he also played domestic cricket for Mumbai. However, due to intense competition in Indian cricket, opportunities at the senior level were limited.
Standing tall and possessing a solid cricketing skill set, Netravalkar complemented his athletic abilities with strong academics and was once employed at Oracle. Seeking better opportunities, he moved to the United States, where his career took a significant turn.
He was named in the USA squad for the Super50 Cup in the West Indies, and through consistent performances, he earned the captaincy of the national side. Under his leadership, the USA achieved ODI status in April 2019, marking a major milestone in both his career and U.S. cricket history.
