About

Aaron Jones, a Barbados-born cricketer who later acquired United States citizenship, is a specialist middle-order batsman who can also contribute occasional leg-spin bowling. He played extensively in Caribbean domestic cricket from 2016, featuring in the Super50 tournament, and made his first-class debut in 2017.

Strong domestic performances earned him selection to the United States national team for the ICC World Cricket League Division Three tournament in Oman in 2018. A fluent stroke-maker, Jones scored his maiden List A century during the World Cricket League Division Two tournament in 2019, where the USA secured ODI status. In recent years, he has become a regular member of the national side and is viewed as a potential key figure in the growing popularity of cricket in the United States.
