About

Georgia Voll has quickly emerged as one of the brightest young talents in Australian cricket—a dynamic batter hailed as the country’s next big sensation. A gifted multi-sport athlete growing up, Voll played rugby at school level before focusing her energies entirely on cricket.

Hailing from the regional town of Toowoomba in Queensland, Voll’s early promise was spotted by the Queensland Fire, where she began her domestic journey. However, it was with the Brisbane Heat in the Women’s Big Bash League (WBBL) that Voll truly made her mark, establishing herself as a dependable and exciting top-order batter.

Her consistent performances earned her a maiden international call-up for the ODI series against India in the 2024 Australian summer. Voll wasted no time announcing her arrival—scoring a century in just her second ODI. She was soon drafted into the T20I squad, and later selected for the Women’s Ashes Test, where she was part of a dominant Australian side that secured a comprehensive 16–0 points win across formats.

Off the back of her impressive international run, Voll was signed by the UP Warriorz in the 2025 Women’s Premier League (WPL) as a replacement for Chamari Athapaththu. Her inclusion added fresh firepower to the Warriorz’s batting lineup.

With composure beyond her years and an ever-growing list of achievements, Georgia Voll is shaping up to be a key pillar of Australia’s next generation—and a player to watch on the global stage.
