Minnu Mani's Unbeaten 88 Powers India A to Four-Wicket Win Over Australia A

Minnu Mani produced a sensational unbeaten 88 off just 56 balls as India A chased down a daunting target of 363 to defeat Australia A by four wickets in the third unofficial ODI in Mohali. The victory helped India A clinch the three-match series 2-1.

Chasing 363, India A completed the run chase in 48.2 overs, with ten balls to spare. The hosts were in trouble early at 85 for 3 and were reduced to 119 for 4 before Anushka Sharma and Niki Prasad steadied the innings.

Anushka scored a brisk 58 off 42 deliveries, including four fours and three sixes, while Prasad contributed a well-paced 76 from 71 balls. Her innings featured ten fours and a six.

The pair added 91 runs for the fifth wicket to revive India's chase. After Anushka's dismissal, Prasad continued to keep India A within touching distance of the target before she was run out on 317.

Mani then took control of the chase. Coming to the crease at 210 for 5, she attacked the Australian bowlers from the outset and remained unbeaten on 88. Her match-winning innings included 12 fours and three sixes.

Jintimani Kalita provided crucial support at the other end, finishing unbeaten on 19 off 19 balls as India A reached 364 for 6 in 48.2 overs.

Knott, Webb Power Australia A to 362

Earlier, Australia A posted an imposing 362 for 9 after choosing to bat first.

Charli Knott was the standout performer, smashing 109 from just 70 deliveries. Her aggressive innings included 12 fours and five sixes.

Courtney Webb provided excellent support at the other end, narrowly missing out on a century after scoring 95 off 92 balls.

The pair transformed Australia's innings after the visitors were reduced to 76 for 2, putting on a substantial partnership that took the score to 242 before Knott was dismissed.

For India A, Vaishnavi Sharma was the most successful bowler, claiming 4 wickets for 48 runs from her ten overs. Niki Prasad also picked up four wickets, although she conceded 84 runs.

Despite Australia's imposing total, India A produced an equally impressive batting performance to complete the highest successful chase of the series.

The result also came just two days after Australia A successfully chased down 339 at the same venue, making India's run chase another high-scoring thriller in Mohali.
